Diablo 3 Troubleshooting thread I been working on

I have been working on a common issue where Diablo is blocked by AV, Windows Firewall and other security apps. Adding a screenshot on how Blizzard’s Mysterious “Blizzard Agent” is constantly blocked by the firewall.
